DesignAxis is a Johannesburg-based custom manufacturing studio specialising in FDM 3D printing, CAD design, and reverse engineering. We work with engineers, designers, entrepreneurs, and tradespeople who need parts built right — not just printed.

We started because we saw a gap: too many businesses were either being turned away by large-scale manufacturers for small runs, or settling for hobby-quality prints that didn't hold up in real-world use. DesignAxis was built to fill that gap — production-grade output, without the minimum order quantities or the wait.

Every part that leaves our workshop is inspected, cleaned, and built with the end application in mind. Whether it's a one-off prototype or a small production run, we treat it with the same attention to detail.
